Booking with Music251 is conditional on you accepting our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. CANCELLATIONS
To cancel a booking, the client must send Music251 a signed cancellation instruction in writing. This instruction must be sent to Music251 at the address on this contract.
Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your letter.
Cancellations outside of 90 days of the performance date will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

The outstanding balance/full performance fee will be due to Music251 for any cancellations made within 90 days of the performance date.
This payment must be made within 28 days of our receiving a written cancellation instruction.

Outstanding payments from booking/cancellation fees will be referred to our legal department.
